Abstract :
This study aims to describe the psychosocial theory presented by Erik Homburger Erikson 8 Stages of Psychosocial Development in the Script "Inside Out", but in this study only uses 1 psychosocial stage, namely Industry and Inferiority. This study uses a descriptive method, a qualitative form, a literary psychology approach. The data of this study are in the form of words, phrases and sentences that show 1 psychosocial stage of Industry and Inferiority contained in the film script "Inside Out". The data source used is the script of the film ?Inside Out? in 2015, the story of which was created by Pete Docter, Ronnie Del Carmen. The discussion data checking technique is theory, and reference adequacy. Based on the results of data analysis on the film script "Inside Out" it was found that there were developmental stages in a child named Riley from infancy to 11 years old.
