Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the forms of power relations and resistance to power through characterization, plot, and setting in the novel Red Rising supported by Michel Foucault's Power Relations theory. The research approach used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative method. The research object used in this research is the novel Red Rising by Pierce Brown. The data of this research are obtained through a documentation study. The data are analyzed using analytical descriptive techniques. The results of this study prove that there are; 1) Forms of power relations through the mind, 2) Forms of power relations through the body, 3) Resistance to power by Eo's character. The form of power relations through the mind is carried out through discourse of speech and the epigram of The Gold Clan. The form of power relations through the body is produced through the discipline of the body against the distribution of space.
