Abstract :
This term paper discusses the theme of literature works by using a novel which uses intrinsic and extrinsic approaches. The intrinsic approach consists of Characterization, setting also plot, and the extrinsic approach consists of: creative and innovative imagination concepts. This study is a variety of qualitative research with a bibliography research. The characteristic of this research is interpretative analytical methods data collection in the form of the literary text based on novel, Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery, as the primary resource and supported by some of literary related theory, concepts and definitions as the secondary sources to the relevant.
