Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran dewan direksi terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 49 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2013-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif data sekunder yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung dari perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data analisis regresi linier berganda dimana sebelumnya data telah diuji dengan pengujian asumsi klasik meliputi normalitas data, heteroskedastisitas, multikolonieritas, dan autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran dewan direksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran dewan direksi, nilai perusahaan. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, and the size of the board of directors on the value of the company. The sample used was 49 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. This study uses a quantitative method of secondary data obtained indirectly from the company using data analysis techniques of multiple linear regression analysis where previously the data has been tested by testing classical assumptions including data normality, heteroscedasticity, multicolonierity, and autocorrelation. The results of this study found that the profitability and size of the board of directors had a positive and significant effect on firm value. While leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Keywords: profitability, leverage, board size, company value.
