Abstract :
This study aims to formulate a strategy that must be implemented for developing the performance of the management of BUMDes "Tokie Langkai" Wawopada Village. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The population is BUMDes administrators and the community, totaling 8 people and all of them are used as respondents. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis.
The results of the study show that the Strength indicator includes support from the village government. Indicators of Weakness (Weakness) identified in the lack of commitment and understanding of management about main tasks and functions. The Opportunities indicator describes that many people around Wawopada village need the product. Then the Threat indicator which states the lack of Competence of Management in administration. The results of the IFAS analysis show that the dominant strength factor is the installment payment facility. And the main weakness is the frequent change of administrators. The results of the EFAS analysis show that the main opportunity that can be used by BUMDes Tokie Langkai is the large number of people who need agricultural products. And what is the biggest threat is the lack of competency of the management regarding BUMDes administration.
