Abstract :
This study aims to increase knowledge of the construction service practitioners in general and civil engineering student in understanding and mastering the problem in construction service word. The certification of central Sulawesi construction consulting service business that focuses on the human resource criteria that exist in construction construction consulting services business, central Sulawesi. In implementing the activities either in the center or the region ,LPJK is formed it is an organization that implement the policies that do the daily tasks o the organization it consists of professionals that work full time and also responsible to the chief of LRIKL.
