Abstract :
HAMDONO SARI, Master Of Law Study Program, University Of Jenderal Soedirman, implementation of legal protection to terrorist convicts at the nusakambangan high risk pasir putih correctional institution. Supervising commission, chairman: Dr. Dr. Budiyono, S.H., M.Hum. Member: Dr. Angkasa, SH., M.Hum. This research aims to: (1). Knowing and analyzing the , implementation of legal protection to terrorist convicts at the nusakambangan pasir putih high risk correctional institution (2). Knowing and analyzing problem of implementation of legal protection to terrorist convicts at the nusakambangan pasir putih high risk correctional institution. This research is a descriptive study using a sociological juridical approach (socio legal research). The resource persons studied were officers and terrorist convicts at the at the Nusakambangan High Risk Pasir Putih High Risk correctional institution. Collecting data using interview methods and literature study. Based on the results of research and discussion, concluded as follows: (1). implementation of legal protection to terrorist convicts at the nusakambangan pasir putih high risk correctional institution based on constitution of the republic Indonesia no. 12 of 1995 in article 14 include the right to worship according to religion, receive spiritual and physical care, education and teaching, health services, proper food, and reaing material. problem of implementation of legal protection to terrorist convicts at the nusakambangan pasir putih high risk correctional institution is the number of correctional officers is still lacking. Currently, there are 97 (Ninety-seven) officers. while the ideal number of correctional officers specifically for high-risk terrorist inmates amounted to 245 (two hundred and forty five) officers. So there is still a shortage of 148 (one hundred and forty eight) officers.
