Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to find out how Lapis OI Gift Shop is doing their role to bring welfare for Indralaya traditional food suppliers, and also to find out what causes trouble for Lapis OI Gift Shop to bring welfare for Indralaya traditional food suppliers. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study method. Purposive method is used when assigning informant. The collection of data was done by doing observation, interview, and documentation. From this research we can conclude that Lapis OI Gift Shop takes role on opening employment and also raising Indralaya traditional food suppliers? income whereas the troubles are insufficient funds also difficulty on promoting their products in COVID-19 situation.
