Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the factors affecting employment in the tourism sector in the city of Bandar Lampung. The research variables are thehe number of restaurants and hotels integrated with tourist objects and tourists are integrated with tourism objects to the absorption of the tourism sector which is integrated with tourism objects. The data used is secondary data obtained from Badan Pusat Statistil. The analysis technique used is quantitative, methof of data analysis of multiple linear regression.The results of this study showed that the number of restaurants and hotels are integrated with the tourist attraction. The tourist which integrated to tourist attraction have positive and significant impact to the absorption of employment in tourism sector at Bandar Lampung
