Abstract :
This study aims to discover the effect of the physical work environment on job satisfaction of PD Sahang Mas employees. The population of the subject in this research are all employees of PD Sahang Mas. Sampling using the saturated sample method, amounting to 33 people as respondents. The method of collecting used in this research are questioner. The analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of PD Sahang Mas employees.
