Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance on the performance of employees of PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang. the population in this study were all employees on the island of Sumatra at PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang. The population in this study amounted to 60 employees. Sampling used the Slovin formula with a simple random sampling technique of 38 respondents. This study uses primary data with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang. Company should improve the work life balance of PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang employees by providing training to employees so that their work skills are better so that employee performance continues to increase.
