Abstract :
Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Ilir Barat Palembang is a government institution that regulates and manages taxation issues. One of the expectations of taxpayers is that they can make tax reporting online through an e-SPT-based reporting system called e-Filing, so that it will have an impact on increasing tax revenues to the state and also increasing taxpayer satisfaction to pay taxes. The e-Filing system turns out there are still obstacles, so we need to measure service quality variables that can measure the quality of a service, identified there are five dimensions of size called Service Quality. By using the method of developing a Rational Unified Process (RUP) system and by calculating Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) so that data that is legitimate and real is obtained so that it can be a benchmark for evaluating performance and services so that it can be more well. The final result of this study is a website-based application that can provide an assessment of the performance and services that have been provided, and can be easily accessed in various places and adjusted to the provisions of the session time of the service provider.
