Abstract :
The purpose of this researcn is to know the influence of t.hese CSR disclosure, the influence of these profitability and the influence of CSR disclosure against the value of the company's profitability as variable moderating. The smple of this research is the manufacturing company listed in Indonesia stock exchange with a period of 2014-2016 using a purposive sampling methods. There are 30 companies that meet the criteria as research samples. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that disclosure of corporate Sosial Responsibility not significantly affect the company, profitability affect and profitability as variable the moderating capable of affecting relations on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and the company manufacturing company Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016 enrolled in a year
