Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline to the employee?s performance at community health centers of Gunung Kemala. The population of this study are the total number of employees at PT. Remco Palembang, which requires 37 people. Sampling technique from this research using technique saturation sampling or census method, it means all members of the population sampled this study that?s as many as 37 people. The method used in this study is primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires and simple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the work discipline has a significant effect to the employee?s performance.
