Abstract :
PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk is one of the energy companies that produce coal needs, in an effort to meet domestic and export needs. Coal produced by PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk. has a variety of quality, especially in stockpile 2. In April 2018, to meet consumer demand the BA-48 market brand of 40,000 tons was carried out by mixing coal using a combination of quality coal brands MT-46 and Al-52 LS which have been determined by the company with several Quality parameters desired by consumers are Total moisture ? 29%, Ash content ? 6%, Total Sulfur ? 1%, Calorife value ? 4800 kcal / kg. However, it is still not optimal because it does not meet the quality of coal mixing that it wants to achieve due to the proportion of coal mixing. The proportion of coal obtained, actually in the field the combination of brand quality coal MT-46 with Al-52 LS is 28,000 tons: 14,000 tons or with a proportion of 70%; 30% with quality results that are Total Moisture ? 30%, Ash Content 8 3.8%, Total Sulfur 4 0.4%, Calorife Value ? 4776 kcal/kg. After calculating the mixing, theoretically obtained for the BA-48 market brand with a combination of brand quality coal MT-46 with AL-52 LS is 25,714 tons: 14,286 tons or with a proportion of 65%: 35% with quality results namely Total Moisture ? 28, 9%, Ash Content ? 3.96%, Total Sulfur ? 0.39%, Calorivic Value ? 4817 kcal / kg.
