Abstract :
AFRAD (O 121 16 201). Haematological value of female goats given soybean husk meal (glycine max) and signal grass (brachiaria decumbens) as basal feed This study aims to determine the effect of giving soybean epidermis on the hematological value of bean goats. This research was conducted on July 29, 2020 to September 16, 2020, in the cage of CV Prima Breed, Tondo Village. The number of livestock used in this study amounted to 15 female Kacang goats aged ± 10 months with body weights of 8.78-13.66 kg. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments tested were P0 (Giving Concentrate 100%), P1 (Giving Concentrate 90% + 10% KAK), P2 (Giving Concentrate 80% + 20% KAK) and Brachiaria decumbens was given ad-libitum. The parameters observed were white blood cells (leukocytes), red blood cells (erythrocytes), hemoglobin, and hematocrit. The results of this study showed that giving soybean epidermis gave an increase in red blood cells P0 = 9.15 million / mm3, P1 = 9.56 million / mm3, and P2 = 9.62 million / mm3, for hematocrit P0 = 21, 45%, P1 = 22.46%, and P2 = 22.56%, and at hemoglobin P0 = 9.49 g / dl, P1 = 10.12 g / dl, and P2 = 10.20 g / dl while at white blood cells P0 = 13.24 thousand / mm3, P1 = 13.36 thousand / mm3, and P2 = 13.54 thousand / mm3, did not provide an increase, but in this study the average obtained for the 4 observed variables was still in the normal range .
