Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan penerapan dua metode percepatan jadwal proyek, yaitu metode crashing dengan sistem shift dan metode lembur, dalam proyek pembangunan Gedung Parkir Rumah Sakit Mardi Rahayu. Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis efisiensi biaya dan waktu penyelesaian yang dihasilkan oleh kedua metode tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode crashing dengan sistem shift memberikan hasil yang lebih menguntungkan, dengan biaya yang lebih rendah dan waktu penyelesaian yang lebih cepat dibandingkan metode lembur. Pada metode shift, diperoleh cost slope sebesar Rp 175.163.876,78 dengan waktu penyelesaian proyek 163 hari kalender. Sebaliknya, metode lembur menunjukkan cost slope yang lebih tinggi, yaitu Rp 601.084.791,68, dan memerlukan waktu lebih lama, yaitu 173 hari kalender. Oleh karena itu, metode shift lebih efektif dalam mempercepat penyelesaian proyek dengan biaya yang lebih terkendali. ============================================================ This study aims to compare the implementation of two project schedule acceleration methods, namely the crashing method with a shift system and overtime method, in the construction project of the Parking Building at Mardi Rahayu Hospital. The main focus of this research is to analyze the cost efficiency and completion time of both methods. The analysis results show that the crashing method with a shift system yields more favorable results, with lower costs and faster project completion time compared to the overtime method. The shift method resulted in a cost slope of Rp 175,163,876.78 with a project completion time of 163 calendar days. In contrast, the overtime method showed a higher cost slope of Rp 601,084,791.68, and required a longer completion time of 173 calendar days. Therefore, the shift method is more effective in accelerating project completion with more controlled costs.
