Abstract :
Consruction projects are a series of tasks carried out within a specific time frame, involving planning, execution, and optimization of limited resources. This research aimsto evaluate the time and cost performance, as well as estimate the cost and duration required to complete the construction of the Kendal District Office Building, Kendal Regency. From these two aspects, project control can be done using the earned Value Method. This study used data such as the Budget Plan (RAB), Project Time Schedule, Actual Project Time Schedule (from week 5 to week 8),and weekly Project Progress reports to calculate the values of BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP using the earned value method. ...
