Teacher performance assessment is one of the crucial aspects of improving education quality. This system aims to provide an objective guideline to the school principal in making decisions related to teacher performance. Currently, teacher performance assessment is still done manually and subjectively, which may lead to ambiguity and potential unfairness, especially when several teachers have similar abilities and considerations. Thus, the use of a Decision Support System (DSS) with the MAUT method is expected to help enhance the quality of education at MI Raudlatul Ulum and provide more objective recommendations for human resource management in the school. This web-based Decision Support System (DSS) employs the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method to improve the objectivity of teacher performance assessment at MI Raudlatul Ulum. The DSS will measure teacher performance based on various criteria, such as pedagogical, personality, social, and professional, each weighted according to its significance. Teacher assessment data for each criterion are normalized, multiplied by the criterion weight, and summed up. The results will be presented in the form of rankings, with the teacher receiving the highest score considered to have the best performance.
