Abstract :
The formulation of my research is how many effects of the capital and workers upon the production of the furniture business in Nubatukan Subdistric, Lembata Regency? And also the number of worker and amount of capital can effect the production of the furniture industry, meanwhile the goal of this research to know how many effects of the capital and workers upon the production of the furniture business in Nubatukan Subdistric, Lembata Regency? And also the number of worker and amount of capital can effect the production of the furniture industries. The research uses the quantity of datas because its process covers datas, analysis and interpretation of the meaning of datas itself. The sources of data is Primer data which uses questionnaries which is has significant degree about 5%. The calculation uses equation regression double linear as shown; Y = 210489.734 + 0.080X1 + 0.95X2. The calculation result of equation regression double linear shows that capital and worker around respondents have significant effect on the production of furniture business which is shown in F probability tests value in the amount of 0,171 < (0,05), test T in each variable is capital 1,749 > (0,05), worker 0,880 > (0,05)), and R2 in the amount of 3,20%. Based on the above research known that capital is estimated around 50.000.000. and worker is aboout 6. Capital and worker Variable carry positif and significant effect on the production of furniture business in the amount of 3.20% in Nubatukan Subdistrict, Lembata Regency. According to the above analysis the furniture businessman should increase their capital and worker to develop their business and automatically its production will develop fast.
