Abstract :
The research problem in this study are: 1. How is the management of the village fund in the Village of Ratogesa, Central Golewa Sub-District, Ngada Regency? 2. What are the factors that caused the success of village fund management in the Village of Ratogesa, Central Golewa Sub-District, Ngada Regency? This purpose of this research are: 1. To find out the management of the village fund in the Village of Ratogesa, Central Golewa Sub-District, Ngada Regency. 2. To find out the factors that caused the success of village fund management in the Village of Ratogesa, Central Golewa Sub-District, Ngada Regency. This type of research is using a qualitative approach. The source of this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data was obtained by an interview and the secondary data was obtained from books, internet, and related documents. The informants in this research are the village staff and some of people representatives in the Village of Ratogesa, Central Golewa Sub-District, Ngada Regency. The author evaluates the management of the village fund with evaluation indicator of the planning, implementation, supervision and responsibility by using transparency and accountability measurement. The result of this research is that the management of the village fund in the Ratogesa Village is already based on the principle of transparency and the principle of accountability, although it is not fully accordance with the existing provisions. Thus, it is necessary to complete improvements in a sustainable manner with the stages of the situation and conditions and the development of applicable legislation on invitations.
