Abstract :
This thesis aims to identify the extent of the cross-cultural interaction of the Refugees from Aboard and the people of Kupang City in the framework of anticipating and preparing a pattern of attitude taking in the Regional Government of Kupang City. Interactions can occur in the Gym, Futsal Field, Swimming Pool, Resto, city park, and on pedestrian walkways. The interaction motivation may be in information, friendship, business and romanticism. This is evidenced by changes in social and cultural values towards; norms of changing views on male and female relationships, values of perceptions of ethics, karmic order, discipline, environmental hygiene and social order. This research was carried out through observation, survey and interview techniques, with the finding the target to be achieved was to reveal the cultural background that influenced the pattern of taking the attitude of the regional government. The theory used is the Theory of Social Interaction. The expected output of this research is publication in the campus research journal.
