Abstract :
The competent process approach is the one of the learning approach that can develop the intellectual, social and physical competent that sources from the basic abilities of the student. The main problem in this research is ?how the result of the application of this competent process approaches in the simple tools for the students in VIIIB class at SMPS Diakui Adhyaksa 2 KUPANG in academic year 2013/2014? The specific problem in this research are 1) How the ability of the teacher manage the learning process with applying the competent process approach? 2) How the thorough of learning indicator result (IHB) product, process, affective and psychomotor in the learning process with applying competent process approach 3) How the result of learning (cognitive/product, process, affective and psychomotor) in the learning process with applying competent process approach? 4) How the feedbacks of the student in learning process with applying competent process approach? The aim of this research is ?To describe the result of the competent process approach in the simple tools to the student in VIIIB class at SMPS Diakui Adhyaksa 2 Kupang in year of 2013/2014.The specific aims of this research are 1) To describe the ability of the teacher in managing the learning process with competent process approach 2.To describe the thorough of the result of learning (IHB) in learning process. 3) To describe the learning result with applying the competent process approach in the simple tools topic. 4) To describe the feedback of the student to the learning process with applying the competent process approach. The type of this research is descriptive. The subjects in this research are the student in the VIIIB class which is consists of 22 students and the teacher (researcher). The technique that are use to collect the data in this research are observation, test and questionnaire. The teaching tools that are use in this research are syllabus, lesson plan, student worksheet, student discussion worksheet, learning material and lattice. The technique that use to analyzed the data is descriptive technique with calculate the average of the score, proportion and percentage. According to the analysis result, we can conclude that the competent process approach in the simple tools for the student can raise the result of the learning process of Physic subject in the simple tools for the students VIIIB class a SMPS Diakui Adhyaksa 2 Kupang in the year of 2013/2014 with the detail: 1) The ability of the teacher to manage the learning process with applying competent approach that cover: planning, implementation and learning evaluation that conclude in the best category with the average score continually are: 3,77; 3,73 and 3,83. 2) The indicator of learning result(product, process, affective and psychomotor) that already completes because the average of the proportion completes continually 0,87; 0,78;0,79; 0,79 exceed criteria minimum completes 0,75. 3). The result of the physic learners(product, process, affective and psychomotor) wholly are completes with the average proportion continually are 0,87; 0,77; 0,84; and 0,80. 4). The response of the students towards implementation of learning with competent approach process placed in best category with the indicator achievement average to the wholly aspect are 85,5 %
