Abstract :
Problem formula in this research is 1. Does capital, labour, and work experience influence significantly and simultaneously towards the income of weaving craftsman in Nekmese group? 2. Does variable of capital, labour, and work experience influence significantly and partially towards the income of weaving craftsman in Nekmese group. Meanwhile the aims are 1. To find out the influence of capital, labor, and work experience towards the income of weaving craftsman in Nekmese group. 2. To find out the influence of capital, labor, and work experience that effects significantly towards the income of weaving craftsman Nekmese group. This research uses type of quantitative data due to its ongoing consisting of data, analysis about the meaning of data gained through questionnaire with its significant level 5%. There is 25 samples in this research by using SPSS 16 and being analyzed using technique of descriptive statistic analysis and statistic inferensial with four tests, that is classic assumption test, analysis of double linear regreion, hypothesis test, and analysis of co-effisient determination R2 . The result of this research shows that income variable (Y) amount 2.346 with its significant level is 0,00. Capital variable (X1) amount 0.164 with its significant level 0,006. Labour amount 200.320.343 with its significant level 0,029.. Work experience is 73.370.070 with its signifcant level 0,017. And value of R = 0,669 (66,90%). R Square 0,661 (66,10%). Adjusted R Square 0,369 (36,90%). Capital variable (X1), labour (X2), work experience (X3) positively influence significantly and simultaneously towards income (Y) of ikat weaving. Capital variable (X1), labour (X2), work experience (X3) positively influence significantly and partially towards ikat weaving, amounts 66,10% influenced by analyzed factors, that is capital, labour, and work experience. Whereas the rest amounts 33,90% influenced by other factors outside the research. Result of the research concludes that variables of capital, labor, and work experience influence positively and significantly simultaneous towards the income of ikat weaving craftsman in Kelurahan Manutapen, Kecamatan Alak Kota Kupang. For capital, it should been used effectively and efficiently in order to produce higher beneficial value. For labor determination, it should find out first the skill that they have in order to increase production process with skillful labors. For work experience, business owners should employ those who have work experience as learning process to apply their experience for better service in the future, increasing the numbers of weaving production.
