Abstract :
The Formulation Problem in this research is ?How the Regional Expenditure Performance in East Flores District in the 2016-2018 Fiscal Year?. The goal of this research is to find out the Regional Expenditure Performance in East Flores District in the 2016-2018 Fiscal Year. Type of data that used in this research is secondary data. The data being analyzed using quantitative method that is to calculate the level of Regional Expenditure Performance in East Flores Districtwhich includes variants of expenditure, growth of expenditure, suitability of expenditure and efficiency of expenditure in East Flores district in 2016-2018 Fiscal Year. Result of this research shows that, First: Expenditure Variants analysis resultof Regional Expenditurein East Flores in2016 to 2018, that the expenditure realization was smaller than the budget in 2016 with a difference of Rp 66.256.106.317,00, whereas seen from expenditure achievement is equal to 94,19%. In 2017 shown with a difference of Rp 115.262.260.663,00, whereas seen from expenditure achievement is equal to 89,97%.Second: Analysis result for the growth of Regional Expenditure in East Flores district in 2016 fiscal year until 2018 fiscal year was making a fluctuative growth. Growth rates for 2016 to 2018 are 26,73%, 12,85% and15,13%. The ratio is 14.09%.Third:Analysis of operating expenditure on total expenditure costs in East Flores district in 2016 to 2018, was less suited with average ratio of 85,9%. Capital expenditure analysis of total expenditure in East Flores district from 2016 to 2018 was suited enough with average ratio of 15,04%. Fourth: Analysis of regional expenditure efficiency in East Flores district shows that in 2016 to 2018, the level of efficiency was 94,19%, 89,96%, 90,29% with 91,48% of average. Advice to the district government of east Flores concerning the expenditure performance: the government of East Flores district must preserve the efficiency so the funds can be used to fulfill another more productive expenditure. Meanwhile, the government should not focus on increasing the locally-generated revenue only, but they have to allocate a sizeable capital expenditure for the public welfare.
