Abstract :
The aims of this study is to know the effect of learning facility, learning discipline, and learning motivation to student mathematics learning achievement in SMAN 5 Kupang. The kind of this study is quantitative research with path analysis method. The sample of this study is student in SMA N 5 Kupang in . The sample in this study is 80 students in the tenth grade of IPA in SMA N 5 Kupang that taking using random sampling technique. The instrument that use to take the data is questionnaires and learning achievement test. The result of this study showing that: (1) There is a significant influence of learning facility to student learning achievement in SMA N 5 Kupang. The direct contribution of learning facility is 14,5%. (2) There is a significant influence of learning discipline to student learning achievement in SMA N 5 Kupang. The direct contribution of learning discipline is 8%. (3) There is a significant influence of learning motivation to student learning achievement in SMA N 5 Kupang. The direct contribution of learning motivation is 7,5%. (4) There is a significant influence of learning facility to student learning achievement in SMA N 5 Kupang pass through the learning motivation. The indirect contribution of learning facility is 7,5%. (5) There is not a significant influence of learning facility to student learning achievement in SMA N 5 Kupang pass through the learning motivation. Therefore, learning achievement can be increase with preparing the learning facility, increase of student discipline by teachers and student parents. Also with improvement student motivation, in this case the internal motivation and external motivation by student parents and teachers.
