Abstract :
This study entitled ?The Influence Of Work Enivironment On Employee Work Motivation At The Helanlangowuyo Village Office? the purpose of this study was: to find out the description of the state of the work environment variable, work motivation variable, and to know the work environment variable has a significant influence on work motivation. This research is based on the theory of work environment variabel (X) proposed by Sedarmayanti and the theory of work motivation variable (Y) proposed by Edy Sutrisno. The method used in this study is descriptive and explanative method, the type of data used is primary data and secondary data, sourced from respondents and supporting data from related agencies. Data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation, 30 respondents and data analysis, correlation analysis, determination test, regression test and test hypothesis. The results of the descriptive analysis of each variable show that the work environment variable is in the medium classification (78-102) because the total value is 96 and the work motivation variable is in the medium classification (78- 102) because the total value is 92,96. While the results of the correlation analysis show that the relationship between the work environment variable (X) and the work motivation variable (Y) has a calculated r value (0,471) which is greater than the r table value (0,361) the decision Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then do a determination test to get a coefficient value 54,9% which shows that work motivations is influenced by the work environment while the remaining 45,1% is influenced by the variabels other than the work environment.
