Abstract :
The aims of this research are 1). To find out the description of the conditions of the beneficiary families of the Family Hope Program in Mata Air Village. 2) To find out the implementation of the family hope program in Mata Air Village. 3) To find out the impact on people's welfare in Mata Air Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Sources of data in this study were primary data and secondary data in this case data obtained directly from informants through questionnaires. The sample used in this study were 25 informants. The data analysis technique consists of descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that in general the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Mata Air Village, Kupang Tengah District, Kupang Regency has been going well. According to the informant who received the Family Hope Program assistance, they used it to help with the social and educational conditions of the children of poor families. The implementation has been running as it should, seen from the implementation stages that it has gone smoothly, including conducting field observations and at the same time recording data on people who cannot afford to get the Family Hope Program assistance, then the Family Hope Program assistant will coordinate with the Village government to verify the eligibility of the data before it is later deposited to center. From the results of the research conducted, it is clear that the Family Hope Program has a significant impact on poverty alleviation, meaning that the existence of the Family Hope Program which has been carried out by the Government can reduce poverty in Mata Air Village, Kupang Tengah District, Kupang Regency. In carrying out the assistance, it is hoped that PKH assistants can often hold group meetings so that they can filter out aspirations and complaints from the community regarding this program to be forwarded to the coordinator and can also forward or convey messages from the beneficiary community to the government as the organizer or policy holder of the PKH Program. this.
