Abstract :
The problem in this study is the aspect of adherence to specialist doctor visit hours in inpatient care, including not reaching the standards set out in the national quality indicators. compliance rate above 80%. The outpatient waiting time indicator for St. Carolus Borromeus Hospital has not yet reached the national quality indicator standard, this can be seen from the outpatient waiting time which has not reached <60 minutes. The population of this study consisted of Management, Committees, Unit Heads at St. Carolus Borromeus Hospital, Kupang. The sample in the study consisted of 40 people consisting of management, Unit heads and Committee Chairs and Team Leaders. The research method used in the study This is a Mix Method research method, namely Quantitative and Qualitative The results showed that the simultaneous influence of the variables of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to improving the quality of services at St. Carolus Borromeus Hospital, Kupang. The results of the descriptive analysis of the strength variable in the Good category, Weakness Variable in the Fairly Good Category, Opportunity Variable in the good category, Threat variable in the fairly good category, and service quality in the fairly good category. Alternative strategies to improve service quality include: hospitals seeking full-time specialist doctors, enacting online queues, monitoring and evaluating SOPs related to outpatient services (outpatient waiting time) and monitoring and evaluation of SPOs related to inpatient services (specialist doctor visit hours) at home hospital of St. Charles Borromeus.
