Abstract :
The study entitled of kena motivation on employee performance in administrative services at the lewolema sub-district office, east Flores regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the circumstances and variables of work motivation and to know that employee performance variables have a significant influence on work motivation. This research his based on motivational theory. Variables work (X) put forward by Abraham Maslow, Herzberg, David McClelland and variable employee performance theory (Y) put forward by Sunotro, Mangkunegara, Linjan Poltak Sinambela the method used in this study is descriptive and explanatory method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, sourced from respondents and supporting data from relate agencies. Questionnaire data collection techniques and documentation, respondents as many as 30 people and data analysis techniques descriptive analysis, correlation analysis determination test. The results of the descriptive analysis of each variable show that the work motivation Variable is the good classification (120-126) because the total value is 117 and the employee performance Variable is the good classification (120-126) because the total value is 116.8 While the results of the collection analysis show that the relationship between work motivation variable (X) with the employee performance Variable (Y) has a value of count (0,663) greater than the value of r table (0,361) at a 99% confidence level it is stated the there is a relationship between work motivation and employee performance. This relationship is in a strong classification, meaning there is a strong influence between work motivation with employee performance then the results of the coefficient of determination there is an influence between work motivation on employee performance by 56% while the remaining 44% is influenced by other factors not tested in this analysis.
