Abstract :
Department of Marine and Fisheries in the area of Belu Atambua. One of the functions of these agencies increase revenue milkfish farming and local revenue. The work of system are archiving incoming and outgoing mail at the Department of Marine and Fisheries Belu is conventional current that is by noting the ledger (expedition) manually, thus causing recapitulation process letter and letter recapitulation spound long time and the risk and eror rate is quick large. The application development process using software engineering methodology Unified Process (UP). For this class of incoming mail and out mail application development used Java programming language in Mysql Database, while code editor Database using Netbeans. The results obtained from the application Archiving Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail can simplify the process of data processing incoming and outgoing mail at the Department of Marine and Fisheries Belu district, so that the presentation of data can be done quickly and accurately. Ultimately it can improve the performance of employees more effective and efficient.
