Abstract :
Departement of forestry East Nusa Tenggara province is one relevant technical institution in providing services to the public. But departement of forestry East Nusa Tenggara province especially administrasi financial treatment system the data is still a manual, so that is required a solution to improve effectiveness and efficiency in data processing payroll employees with using an application dna-based computer. The process of development this application methodology using software development in waterfall, to information system development payroll employees dept. of forestry province East Nusa Tenggara use programming language java with tools netbeans 7.3.1 and mysql as databases. The result of application information system development payroll employees this desirable to simplify processes data processing payroll clerk in the office of departement forestry province East Nusa Tenggara in kupang, so that presentation of data can be done faster and accurately. So can increase the employee performance becomes effective and efficient.
