Abstract :
District government is the main element in the administration of local government. In carrying out its regional autonomy, the TTU Regency Government requires facilities and infrastructure, one of which is a government office. The Regency Government Office as a forum for local government activities/activities in carrying out service tasks to the community and serving the public interest in the Regency area. The TTU Regency Government in an effort to realize its vision and mission always carries out improvements, utilization and structuring of all elements of the government system, in essence, including organizational structuring, structuring management discipline, improvements to the community as well as improvements to facilities and infrastructure that need to be improved. The current state of the TTU Regent's Office itself does not meet the requirements, where the building is starting to get old and without maintenance. In addition, the locations of government agencies are scattered and are not located in the same environment, making it difficult for the community to obtain public services. Overcoming what has been described previously related to these problems, it is necessary to plan a Regent's Office that is able to give characteristics to the government building. The emphasis on planning this government building is the Neo Vernacular Architecture approach, with the hope that the Neo-Vernacular concept will become a distinctive feature that is able to become an attraction for building users. in that area.
