Abstract :
This research was written by Estilinda H. Berek (31116091) development study program under the guidance of Br Salomon Leki SE.,M.Ec.Dev as supervivor I and Mr. AdrianusKetmoen, SE,MM as supervivor II.the title of the research is ?Analysis Of The Remaining Over Budget Financing (SiLPA) in the Province Of East Nusa Tenggara?. Problem formulation 1) How is the effect of capital expenditure and expenditure on goods and services partially on the remaining excess budget financing in The Province Of East Nusa Tenggara in 2010-2019. 2) How is the effct of capital expenditure and expenditure on goods and services simultaneously on the remaining excess budget financing in the Province East Nusa Tenggara in 2010-2019. The purpose of this study is 1) To analyze the effect of capital expenditure and expenditure on goods and services partially on the remaining excess budget financing in the Province East Nusa Tenggara in 2010-2019. 2) To analyze the effect of capital expenditure and expenditure on gods and services simultaneously on the remaining excess budget financing in the Province East Nusa Tenggara in 2010-2019. This study uses quantitative data, the typeof data measured is secondary data and data collection techniques. With four test, namely 1) Classic Assumption Test, 2) Multiple Linear Regression Test, 3) Hypothesis Test, 4) Determination Coefficient Test (R2 ). Using multiple linear regression model with statistical product and service solutions 20 (SPSS 20) method. The results of this study indicate that the remaining 10 years of budgetary financing in the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government show positively, with the highest capital expenditure budget in 2019 at 95,12% and the lowest in 2011 at 88,11%. The remaining more budget financing in East Nusa Tenggara from 2010-2019 is very fluctuating but developments every year are always positive. Basedon the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the fluctuation of the remaining overbudget financing is very high, where there is a very sharp decrease and increase in the remaining overbudget financing. Therefore, the Provincial Government Of East Nusa Tenggara is advised to be more careful in planning the budget by considering the previous year?s realization, both in making regional revenue targets, regional expenditures, and regional financing. With better planning the government can improve the performance of budget anagement and use.
