Abstract :
This thesis is entitled ?Implemenatation of the Healthy Indonesia Card Program (KIS) for the poor and Underprivileged in Bioba Baru Village, Amfoang Barat Daya District, Kupang Regency?. The aimof the research is to determine the Implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Card Program (KIS) for the poor and Underprileged in Bioba Baru Village, Amfoang Barat Daya District, Kupang Regenc. The type of research used was Qualitative Descriptive. The informants in this research were the Village Head and Bioba Baru Villlage Secretary as key informants, the Head of the Hamlet, RT and RW as the main informantsand the Community, as an additional informan. Data was collected using interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research show tht there are still obstacles or obstacles in implementing the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) Program for poor and underprivileged communities in Bioba Baru Village, Southwest Amfoang District, Kupang Regency This has not been fully implemented weel if seen based on the three phennomena used as benchmarks.These include the goals and objektives of the KIS program, KIS program activities, KIS program results, where there is a lack of good communication and socialization between village offcials and the community. To achieeve the goal of implementing the Healthy Indonesia Card Program (KIS) for poor and underprivileged communities, there needs to be good communication and socialization between the village government and the community.
