Abstract :
Toko Obat merupakan sebuah bisnis di keahlian medis yang sangat memerlukan sistem informasi web untuk mempermudah kinerjanya. Saat ini jumlah pengecekan data obat-obatan yang dilakukan secara manual masih besar. Banyaknya jumlah Toko Obat yang masih menggunakan kemampuan manusia untuk mengolah data-data yang ada demi memperlancar usahanya. Salah satunya adalah Toko Obat Buhan yang masih menggunakan sistem konvensional yaitu melakukan pencatatan secara manual. Dikarenakan permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dikembangkan sebuah sistem informasi web yang dapat mengubah cara konvensional atau manual tersebut menjadi terkomputerisasi. Melalui sistem informasi web ini maka dapat memberikan manfaat serta efektifitas dan efisiensi yang sangat banyak bagi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian berupa dibangunnya sebuah sistem informasi web penjualan obat yang memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan pemesanan produk obat pada Toko Obat Buhan tanpa perlu mendatangi toko terlebih dahulu. Permasalahan penelitian terkait proses bisnis perusahaan yang masih konvensional dapat diselesaikan dengan baik melalui sistem informasi berbasis web yang dibangun. / Drugstore is a business in medical expertise that really needs a web information system to simplify its performance. Currently, the number of checking the data of medicines that are done manually is still large. A large number of drugstores still use human ability to process existing data in order to expedite their business. One of them is Buhan Drug Store which still uses a conventional system that is recording manually. Because of these problems, it is necessary to develop a web information system that can change the conventional or manual way to be computerized. Through this web information system it can provide benefits and effectiveness and efficiency that is very much for the company. The results of research in the form of the construction of a web information system for drug sales that makes it easy for users to order drug products at Buhan Drug Stores without the need to go to the store first. Research problems related to business processes that are still conventional companies can be solved properly through a web-based information system that is built.
