Abstract :
Nowadays adhesive technology has been used according to many kind adhesive in the market. Although in structural major, adhesive is rarely used especially in wood. Adhesive is only for repairing or finishing in architectural major, even though many of research show that adhesive can be used in structural wood. Based on those research, various adhesive in Jakarta market will be examined. This research is an empirical test that applied several adhesives to determine the adhesive?s strength. The test adopted ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) to be well acknowledged.
