Abstract :
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh dari faktor-faktor manfaat yang terdiri dari Economic Benefit, Seamless Transaction Benefit, dan Convenience Benefit, kemudian dari faktor risiko yang terdiri dari Legal Risk, Security Risk, dan Time Risk terhadap Intention to Adopt. Kemudian pengaruh faktor online service yang terdiri dari Online Service Quality dan Information Quality juga terhadap Intention to Adopt. Lebih lanjut dampak dari Intention to Adopt terhadap niat untuk merekomendasikan produk fintech. Model penelitian ini dimodifikasi dari penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Indonesia khususnya di daerah Jakarta dan sekitarnya (Jabodetabek) pada 160 konsumen Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL) yang berbasis aplikasi. Responden penelitian diambil secara purposive sampling, dimana data diambil melalui instrumen kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang disebarkan secara online. Data dianalisis dengan metode PLS. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari Convenience Benefit dan Seamless Transaction Benefit, serta Online Service Quality pada Intention to Adopt. Dari faktor-faktor risiko hanya Legal Risk yang terbukti mempunyai pengaruh negatif pada Intention to Adopt. Lebih lanjut Intention to Adopt mempunyai dampak yang signifikan pada Intention to Recommend. Temuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi pengelola fintech serta dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut pada penelitian./ The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of benefit factors consisting of Economic Benefit, Seamless Transaction Benefit, and Convenience Benefit, then from risk factors consisting of Legal Risk, Security Risk, and Time Risk on Intention to Adopt. Following by the influence of online service factors consisting of Online Service Quality and Information Quality also on Intention to Adopt. Further the impact of Intention to Adopt on the Intention to Recommend or the fintech products. This research model has been modified from the previous studies. This research was conducted in Indonesia, especially in the Jakarta and surrounding areas (Greater Jakarta) on 160 application-based Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL) consumers. Research respondents were taken by purposive sampling, where data was taken through a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale distributed online. Data was analyzed by PLS method. The findings of this study indicate a significant positive effect of Convenience Benefit and Seamless Transaction Benefit, and Online Service Quality on Intention to Adopt. From the risk factors, only Legal Risk is proven to have a negative influence on Intention to Adopt. Furthermore Intention to Adopt has a significant impact on Intention to Recommend. The findings of this study can provide managerial implications for managers of fintech and can be further developed in research.
