Abstract :
Background According to research conducted 47.57% of teenagers in Indonesia often exercise, have a better heart health. While 52.43% of teenagers rarely exercise, have a bad health. From the above data raises the question of the relationship between fitness level with HRV. Tujuan Penelitian Knowing the relationship of fitness level to heart rate variability among students of Faculty of Medicine Universitas Pelita Harapan batch 2015. Procedures Sample has been collected and selected for separation of inclusion and exclusion criteria by using questionnaire. The HRV data has been analyzed with the Polar H-10 tool and then processed by Kubios 3.0 application. Fitness level has been assessed with the result data from harvard step test. Then it has been analyzed using unpaired T test with abnormal value, Mann-Whitney U Test. Results Of the 32 respondents, there was no significant significance in numerical data. RMSSD (Root Mean Square of Successive Difference) has a value of p = 0.102, SDNN (Standard Deviation of NN Interval) has p = 1, PNN50 (Proportion NN Interval) has p = 0.897, HF (High-Frequency) has p = 1, LF (Low-Frequency) has a value ofp = 0.838, HF / LF has a value of p = 0.867, which states the p value exceeds the normal value (p = 0.05) Conclusion In this research, there is no differentation of HRV (Heart Rate Variability) between High and Low Fitness Level of Medical student of Universitas Pelita Harapan batch 2015.
