Abstract :
Internship report at ivan almaida baely & firmansyah lawfirm about pop up store establishmentpop up store is a store that opens suddenly and usually runs for a short time or can be called as temporary trading. Companies that use pop up store system is an e-commerce company. E-commerce is a process of doing business by using electronic technology that connects between companies, consumers and society in a form of electronic transactions. In practice, the establishment of a pop up store required several conditions for pt pmdn and pt pma, due to changes in the trade business license in accordance with the capital of each company, it is regulated in law no. 44 of 2016 on the list of closed business sectors and open business fields with requirements in the field of investment. Under the regulation, pop up store is included in the retail trade, where the retail trade is should be 100% pmdn. Therefore, pt pma requires legal consultant to company in order to provide assistance in the establishment of pop up store in indonesia. Through this internship report, the author intention is to explain the procedures on how to establish a pop up store for pt pmdn and pt pma. Where, legal consultant from ivan almaida baely & firmansyah legal office was appointed to assist pt x which is pt pma to establish pop up store in indonesia.
