Abstract :
Pabrik kopi Van Dilem dapat dikategorikan sebagai Industrial heritage yang terintegrasi dengan lanskap, dengan aset yang dapat dipindahkan maupun tidak dapat dipindahkan. Kawasan Pabrik Kopi Van Dilem berpeluang untuk menjadi objek pariwista dengan memperhatikan aset-asetnya sebagai kawasan wisata. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui elemen?elemen pada bekas pabrik kopi Van Dilem baik secara arsitektur maupun lanskap yang mempunyai peluang untuk dikembangkan sebagai kawasan wisata berbasis industrial heritage. Studi ini menggunakan metode observasi secara langsung pada kawasan dan menganalisis elemen lanskap dan arsitektur untuk memperjelas alur kawasan wisata berbasis heritage. Elemen-elemen lanskap yang diperoleh dari kajian literatur adalah space, path, edges, thresholds, detail, foci. Strategi lanskap yang diperoleh adalah pemanfaatan topografi, air, vegetasi dalam pembentukan elemen lanskap kawasan. Implementasi desain dengan mempertahankan topografi sebelumnya dan pemanfaatan sumber air sebagai ruang interaksi, pengaturan path sekeliling kawasan dan detail vegetasi. Kualitas lanskap terbentuk dari kombinasi variabel elemen lanskap. Konsep alur wisata lanskap terinspirasi dari proses pengolahan kopi./ The Van Dilem coffee factory can be categorized as an Industrial heritage that is integrated with the landscape, with assets that can be moved or cannot be moved. The Van Dilem Coffee Factory Area has the opportunity to become a tourist object by paying attention to its assets as a tourist area. This study aims to determine the elements of the former Van Dilem coffee factory both architecturally and in landscape that have the opportunity to be developed as an industrial heritage based tourism area. This study uses the method of direct observation of the area and analyze the elements of landscape and architecture to clarify the flow of heritage-based tourist areas. Landscape elements obtained from the literature study are space, path, edges, thresholds, detail, foci. The acquired landscape strategy is the use of topography, water, vegetation in the formation of regional landscape elements. Implementation of the design by maintaining the previous topography and utilization of water sources as a space of interaction, setting the path around the area and vegetation details. Landscape quality is formed from a combination of variable landscape elements. The concept of landscape tourism flow is inspired by coffee processing.
