Abstract :
This internship report discussed about bankruptcy case, Lufthansa Technik AG vs PT. Metro Batavia. This research on Bankruptcy in the verdict Number 693 KJPdt.Sus/2010, j o. Number: 40/P ai lit/2010/PN.Ni aga. Jkt.Pst is done to determine how the legal protection of the debtor on the filing of a bankruptcy petition made by the creditors. The case begin from the debtor does not pay the debt to the creditors. This research is using a normative juridical research, that is a research that using a documents to obtain the secondary data and primary is research into the library. Normative approach in this study by examining the legal regulations on bankruptcy filed by Creditors. While the juridical approach used in analyzing the law to the facts that occurred for subsequent use in answering the problems associated in relation to the problem that there are two creditors but one creditor no longer serves as creditor of the defendant. I also used Law No. 37 Year 2004 about Bankruptcy for the legal basis in this case.
