Abstract :
In this era of increasingly advanced a lot of people who take out insurance if something happens to cover unwanted changes to their possessions or even for their lives. But with the increasing number of people who take out insurance, not many people who abuse the insurance services for the things that are profitable themselves or others. The criminal act occurred in many legal events, not least in the insurance. One example is the crime of embezzlement. Embezzlement is done often the case with insurance that has a mode of the object of the guarantee any legal events stretcher. Insurance fraud case in usually done by more than one person or involve many criminals. The use of insurance as a guarantee to prevent the loss, it is used as a tool to benefit themselves or others. Lack of knowledge of the community and law enforcement officials regarding the use of insurance parties who wish to benefit himself, lead to ambiguities in the regulation of legal certainty and accountability in insurance. Government as law enforcement officers should be overseeing the insurance process so that insurance as a tool to facilitate the society to be able to function properly and society as other beneficiaries can obtain services and correct. Likewise with the community should take advantage and use it as a good and true.
