Abstract :
Population Information System is always up to date is needed for excellent public service activities in the field of making documents about the correspondence residence in a kelurahan. However, conditions that occur in the community shows that the public service is not maximized. This final project aims to design the Population Information System at Lebak Bulus Urban Village Office of South Jakarta that is able to support and maximize government performance in providing excellent public services for the community. Making this system begins with the creation of databases using MySql and Microsoft Visual Studio then,tested the application that has been created with the aim of knowing the truth of the results of data processing and analyze the system. The result of this final project is the application of Population Information System System at Lebak Bulus Urban Village, South Jakarta which has the ability to: 1) provide birthday filling, death, moving letter and certificate of unmarried status, 2) display the location or layout of Lebak Bulus urban village, 3) making of letters, 4) preparing reports or recapitulation, and 6) printing
