Abstract :
Currently, the project management process at PT Cura Indonesia is done manually. This causes the project data validation process and project management process to be less effective. These problem can slow down the workflow and reduce the competitiveness of the company. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based project management information system that is reliable and made in a realitvely short time. The use of agile development methods, especially the adaptive software development model, can help companies get a system that is suit their needs because of the active involvement between the system developer and the client. With the use of a website-based project management information system, all empolyees of PT Cura Indonesia can easily access informations related to project management.
