Abstract :
The procurement of goods or services has a significant position in the implementation of national development to improve public services and develop the national or regional economy. Procurement of expenditure on consulting services carried out in the field of accounting and financial data using the direct procurement method, namely, the selection method in order to obtain a consulting service provider with a nominal value of less than Rp. 100,000,000.00. Procurement of services in the government can share high benefits and contribute to increasing the use of local/domestic products, increasing the role of MSMEs and long-term development. Aims to obtain services in accordance with the needs of the budget issued, calculated from the aspect of quality, quantity, cost, time, place and the provider.
