Abstract :
Botolku is a business that sells 1 liter kale type bottles. With Botolku, sellers of drinks or other liquid ingredients can easily and cheaply sell their products so that consumers can buy them. However, during the running of my Botolku business, there was a shortage of bottled stock storage and will rent a place or warehouse for storage. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the Botolku business is feasible to run from a financial point of view which is calculated using calculations from the NPV, IRR, PP, and PI values as well as making a Lean Canvas based on the results of interviews that are used for the strategy that Botolku must do for business. it can last.
