Abstract :
Background: Cancer can be defined as a complex group of diseases characterized by abnormal cell growth in the body and can spread rapidly. Chemotherapy is one of the treatments to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. One of the effects of chemotherapy is fatigue which can decrease the ability to do activities of daily living. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between fatigue levels and activity of daily living in colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Method:This study used a cross sectional approach to 20 respondents using purposive sampling. Analysis of the data in this study using the Spearman correlation test. Results:The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the level of fatigue and the activity of daily living in colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy with a p value of 0.000. The researcher suggests that this research can be continued by adding other variables. Keywords: Colorectal cancer, fatigue level, activity of daily living, chemotherapy
