Abstract :
In the business world, increasingly, the level of competition faced, every company is required to improve performance in any way in order to survive this competition. One of the performances that has to be improved is marketing. Marketing is a key to the improving work of a company because in marketing it can deliver messages and information about the benefits of a product so that the product can be known to the public. Not only is marketing a key to success getting consumers on products owned by the company. As done by PT. Bank BTPN, Tbk marketing with method Personal Selling the product called Jenius. process marketing with personal selling by PT. Bank BTPN, Tbk success increases total customer on product Jenius. The level effectiveness PT. Bank BTPN, Tbk is performing marketing with personal selling on finance product Jenius getting 100%, which it means Very Effective for increasing the amount of customers each year.
