Abstract :
The spread of Covid-19 has brought about an unprecedented rate in the world. This policy can become a distribution problem that can result in a manufacturing company being unable to meet demand or filling low levels. This, if not handled quickly and occurs in the long term, can result in a lot of uncertainty that may be experienced and risks, such as loss of customers or even losses. A new distribution strategy that is more flexible is needed during this COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, risk mitigation was carried out using the House of Risk (HOR) method, the HOR method was chosen because it was considered to be able to detail the risks and effects of future risks. Then proceed with scheduling distribution using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method. The two studies concluded that transportation policies during the pandemic are the most influential risk events, and the application of the DRP method can reduce company competition by 13% annually.
